As part of our diverse business portfolio, we also offer fitness and recreational facilities, including gyms and pickleball courts. Real Estate - Housing Developer & Leasing of Properties
Todate we have completed 2 fully sold residential development projects. We also offer our expertise and services to assist in administering external projects. We own numerous properties in Malaysia that we lease and they are well maintained to the satisfaction of our customers.
Automotive - BYD Dealership
We are the largest official 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) dealer of BYD in Penang and we pride ourselves in delivering exceptional customer service. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to meet all our customers needs, from purchasing to all after-sales services. As a one-stop solution centre, we also provide our customers with add-on services such as car insurance renewals and financing to ensure a seamless car purchasing journey.
Finance - Investments and Licenced Money Lending
We are a licensed money lending company based in Penang. We offer various financial products such as personal and business loans to help our clients achieve their goals. As for investments, we are always looking to invest in new business opportunities to ensure our company’s growth.
